It does not have the required battery. Suitible batteries, SLA (Sealed Lead Acid),are available locally . Cost is approximately $60. The sellar will assist with your purchasing a battery or will purchase and fit the battery to the cart at cost of battery only. The cart has Rubber air filled rubber tires and a spare pair of non pneumatic tires are also provided. The Golf Bag has internal dividers to protect your clubs , multiple purpose specific zippered pockets and includes a carry strap and rain cover. The bag has never been used.
