This is a pair of Bryston Model T Signature speakers, finish is Black Ash. They will come with a pair of upgraded Outrigger bases that I purchased subsequently at extra cost, which are a slightly larger stance for enhanced stability. The Outrigger bases come with both flat feet for hard-surface floors, or spikes for carpet. Either type of foot screws easily into the bases. This Signature model is an upgrade to the standard Model T, having outboard cross over modules using higher quality components. This configuration also allows for an easy upgrade path from passive to fully active, by replacing the existing crossovers with a BAX-1 active crossover and the additional channels of amplification. The PX1 external crossovers also allow for tri-amping. Bryston now only offers the standard Model T with built-in crossovers, which the MSRP of $13,390.00 pr. refers to. The Signature discussed here is an upgrade. The XL Outriggers at retail are $440/pr. extra. SOUND QUALITY Think mid-field, full range monitors suited to a high end recording studio.
