$1,234 · Pioneer CLD -980 CD/CDV/Laserdisc player

This machine has been used around 3 times since new! It does play all the listed formats, including CDs. I'm including 2-2 disc symphonic discs showing the legendary Sergiu Celibidache in rehearsal and concert (4 discs total), plus an unusual disc (enabled first only by laserdisc) by French photographer Marc Garanger which has a total of 50,000 images in 78 chapters! There is also a boring old hollywood movie and the self-promotional Laserdisc that came with the machine, telling you of all the features. It also has a functioning remote control. Note that this device plays CDs as well as CDVs (did you ever see one of those?) so it could function as a CD player with hidden capabilities! The Laserdiscs predated DVDs and look like gigantic CDs. I frankly don't know what to ask for this, so open to offers.
