This is in my home so I want quiet after 10pm but of course I am happy to accommodateon special occasions. Suitable for a single student or working person. A quiet spot near Songhees walkway, ocean, park, beach, tennis courts, small car parking and bus stop. You will need to supply person towels and bedding. If need be I can help with this but most people prefer to bring their own. Cable/WIFI not included (or $40 extra). No parties and limited guests. No pets. No subletting or short-term rental allowed. Strictly no smoking/vaping/illegal activity. References are required (employment/proof of income and previous landlord references).
