Dec 1. One available Fully furnished bedroom in shared house. Each bedroom is $1000 per month. Rent includes use of a common room and all amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, Hydro, and general sundries. The kitchen is well organized so each of us has an individual workstation and private cupboards in the kitchen. Also there are shared cupboards with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need. There are 2 full size fridges organized for 2 people per fridge. This hippie – chic house is located in the border between funky Fernwood and awesome Oaklands. There is street parking available but the number 22 bus stops right out front, and the walk score is a high 84. The bedroom available is on the main floor . There are two other tenants upstairs, with no shared walls between any of us. There is a common lounge room for tenants and the fenced yard has a clothes line and two patio table areas. The garden is perennial, so there are gardening opportunities if you wish. We will all be sharing the kitchen and laundry +2 bathrooms. So please come with a cooperative attitude and a commitment to clean up after yourself. Smoking is not allowed in the house and normal tenancy expectations apply with regards to relative quiet between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please note my beautiful dog lives here too. We have been in the hospitality industry for years so we are very easy to get along with; hopefully you are too!
