We are a busy residential construction company looking for a reliable Construction Labourer to join our team. If you’re hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Location: SOOKE Position: Full-time Project Type: Multi-Family Townhouse Project Responsibilities: Assist site supervisor with daily tasks Site cleanup and material handling Basic carpentry support (strapping, blocking, prep work) Load/unload materials and maintain an organized jobsite Follow safety procedures at all times Requirements: Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Steel-toe boots and PPE Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work independently Transportation to and from jobsite Assets (Not required): Experience in residential construction Fall protection or other site safety tickets Driver’s licence What We Offer: Competitive wages based on experience Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive team environment To Apply: Send your resume or brief work history.
