Hello, 37 year old female, with a small 13 year old dog. Looking for a room rental. The goal is for a few years so I can save money and eventually buy my own place. I rent downtown in an older apartment and my rent continues to go up. I am quiet, friendly, clean and keep to myself. I work from Monday to Friday. I have a partner so will sometimes be staying at their place.
