Looking for a room/place to rent (400$ - 700$)

Hello, I am a mature person. I do not smoke or do not do any drugs or do not party. I drink socially once a while. I lived with a Canadian family for +4.5 years in Vancouver. I have been renting my place for the last 2+ years in Victoria BC. I work for a company in downtown Victoria and I have a stable job and income. I am looking for a more affordable place so I can save some money for my personal life like education, training etc. I can even always pay a few months in advance if the rent conditions are right. I am OK with both renting a room, studio or bigger place as long as it fits my expectations. Please let me know if you have anything to offer. Thanks
