FREE: Hoover Smartwash carpet cleaner

My carpet cleaner had an electrical fault, so now the vacuum component works only intermittently. If you already have a Hoover carpet cleaner, you can use this for spare parts. I was unable to find anyone local to Victoria who could repair it, but if you do, you'll end up with a very nice carpet cleaner!
