We are a professional injury management company seeking a detail-oriented Claims & Appeals Administrator to join our team. This role provides essential support to our Administrative and Claim Management staff as well as other internal and external operational customers. What We Offer: Full-time (9am-5pm, Monday–Friday) and part-time options available On-site training and professional development A collaborative and supportive work environment A benefit package after 3 months of employment Key Responsibilities: Assist internal and external customers over the phone Manage and process injury and appeal files using our proprietary system Perform general administrative tasks related specifically to claims and appeals, including performing relevant research on the various claim files and document preparation Maintain organized and accurate records Follow company policies and provincial health & safety regulations What We’re Looking For: Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail Typing speed of 45+ WPM Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and within a team Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required) Potential for career growth into Appeal Specialist, Claims Management, Administrative Assistant or Management.
