No damage or scratches. Bought this at Costco mid 2020 and it still works fine. Battery is about 80% of original capacity. Factory reset. Camera, Wifi, Bluetooth etc all work. Black protective flip cover. I’ve replaced it with a higher resolution, faster tablet. Refurbished at BestBuy for $140
