Must clear out some furniture otherwise it would stay. Lightweight swivel rocker. Non smoking house, no pets or kids either. In good shape and still in use. Not too huge like some can be. I am 6ft and it's been my main chair. Nice for student as it doesn't take up much space and is comfortable. James Bay
