This was given out by the City of Winnipeg Officials to the CAF members whom helped with sandbagging, security patrols, and evacuation of the residents and businesses. This gift has been in my “memories box” and is great addition for anyone collecting ballcaps, or have memories of the 1997 Winnipeg Floods. Condition: Used, Good.
