These are two full-sized plots that are currently assigned to Hatley Memorial in Colwood BC, but transferable to any Arbor Memorial location including Surrey and Nanaimo. These two plots are in the Heritage Garden at Hatley, right by the red gazebo and pond. A highly coveted quiet and peaceful area of the gardens where loved ones can sit in the gazebo and listen to the creek and wind in the trees while visiting. Hatley Memorial Gardens boasts a beautiful woodland setting, nestled between the Royal Roads University and Galloping Goose Trail. They strive to keep it a natural setting where deer and other animals roam. Plots may also be transferred to other cemeteries across Canada that are owned by Arbor Memorial. Each plot can hold 1 casket or 4 urns. Theses plots currently sell for over $5000 each + a $582.75 land transfer fee. We are asking for $4000 each, and we will cover the land transfer fee.
