We are a local Veteran-owned and operated company, with engineers and technicians certified in Performance and Compliance inspections. We can inspect all septic systems to meet CRD Bylaw requirements or assist with your home purchase and sale. We are fully conversant in all ROWP requirements as Septic maintainers, inspectors and planners to meet ASTTBC requirements. We are based close to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and can service BC including Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. We provide a 10 % discount to all Serving Military, Veterans and First Responders.
