Hello my wonderful Pet People! My name is Bonnie and I am a in your home medical and social special pet sitter. Every year questions arise on why some service providers are vastly different than others. These are honest questions and I will try to explain 🙂 Pet owners should look at a number of factors. Medical, social, training, age, detail/needs of pet, area you live for travel, size, insurance and more. Also of course the skill level required to properly care for your pet. I come with 38+ years animal care experience, criminal record check, maturity and high reviews from industry professionals and pet owners. I am a Veterinarian Assistant. My training is regularly updated. I do not leave pets unattended for long periods and I am mature. I will not have people in, eat/drink your supplies and make you question your vacation away. Example of my clients…A misunderstood, memory aggressive, rescue dog. Human caused. Client is kennel, gate, leash and food challenged. Knowledge on handling, safety of situation a must. Also, absolutely one of my favourite clients. Diabetic, senior dog that levels spike/drop with stress. Days before sit, I reacquaint myself and reestablish our routine, sight to smell and calm. Sitters knowledge on handling seizures and decision on contacting vet imperative. Also, one of my favourites. This does not mean all client’s I take on need these detailed services, but my rates are higher based that they do. This is my training. If I have someone needing a quality pet service provider with regular care needs, I can help with providing numbers or suggestions. We have many absolutely wonderful pet care providers that offer varied needs. If you need a person that can hike two hours and have low number pack care availability? I can recommend. If you need someone to care for a small bred dog in their home? I can recommend someone awesome for that too! If the older teenager next door suits your needs? Terrific way to uplift another!
