Wanted - Townhouse or Rancher Wanted (Stoneywood Lane, Broadmead, Cordova Ridge)

Quiet, retired couple ready to purchase a townhouse or possibly a rancher with small yard, not close to busy roads. We’re specifically interested in townhouses at Stoneywood Lane (possibly 530 or 520 Marsett Place, or other complexes in Broadmead area without recreational amenities). Layout needed: Main floor entry with primary living space (including primary bed) on main. Bonus space down preferred. Must have a double garage. If driveway parking not allowed, a bit of suitable space on lower level for small workshop.
