We are a retired couple newly relocated to Sidney and looking for a longer term rental - 2 bdrm 2bth walkable to town. We are non smokers, don`t have pets and don`t have children living with us. Have excellent references. We have been long time home owners and keep a clean and tidy home. Would be happy to take good care of your place and investment.
