All-inclusive rent covers utilities, high-speed internet, and access to a hot tub, two greenhouses, and a woodworking shop. COMMUNITY FOCUS: We are not looking for roommates; we are seeking co-stewards. This is an intentional community focused on mutual responsibility and active interaction (shared dinners, projects). Standard All-Inclusive Rent * Small Room (Single): $1,000 – $1,200 * Large Room (Single): $1,250 – $1,450 * Large Room (Couple): $1,500 – $1,700 2. Work-for-Pay Option (Lower Your Living Cost) Effectively reduce your out-of-pocket expenses to as low as $600 per month by contracting for paid tasks. * Process: Rent is paid in full.
