Room for rent in a convenient location between Uptown Boulevard and Tillcum - perfect for students as walking distance to bus stops (downtown, and uvic and all camosun campuses), malls, banks, entertainment and groceries as well as tennis court, basketball court, galloping goose trail, and more. We do have parking available if you do have a car though. Laundry, hydro, wifi, heat all included. You will be living upstairs in a lovely home with the landlord but maintain your own privacy as landlord mostly in her room and has her own bathroom. Your bathroom is shared with another student he is usually not home. Strictly no smokers/drugs and parties due to security. We need someone clean and responsible. Please send us a introduction, how long you plan to stay, if you want homestay meals included (rent will be $1400) otherwise $900(with minial kitchen use, we have hot water boiler/microwave to share)
