$1,500 · ISO 1br/1br+den/2 br with Utilities

Looking for a 1 br/1 br + den/ 2br for $1500 with utilities in Gordon Head, James Bay, Fairfield, Saanich, Esquimalt, Oak Bay or Victoria. My Son and I (see picture) are looking for a place to enter either middle or end of January. Willing to sign a lease. I have a cleaner in every 2 weeks so the place will be kept very clean. We have a small elderly dog (see picture) who sleeps 20 hours of the day or more. We do not smoke or party. I am much too old for that!
