Rent is $2000/ month, includes everything (all utilities, wifi, etc). $1000 deposit if we agree it is a good fit! We are ideally seeking a 3, 6 or 9-month long tenancy. This is a sweet little basement unit literally steps away from Banfield Park, tennis courts, the swimming dock, the Galloping Goose trail, Frye's Bakery, Market Garden, cofffee shops, etc. 20 min walk into downtown. 1 block from #14 bus line up to UVic. The bike ride on the Goose from here to UVic is roughly 40 mins and a generally lovely commute. We offer on street parking (one spot) right in front of the house. The street is a dead-end street, so it is generally quiet with mostly foot and bike traffic. The suite has bamboo floors, with laminate in kitchen and bathroom; full bath including bath tub, and a full kitchen. There is decent light in the unit and it stays very warm and cozy in the winter and cool in summer. It has one big bedroom and good closets. Laundry is shared with owner (scent-free laundry products only, please). Some garage storage is available, including a place for your bike if needed. There is shared outdoor space both in the back and front of the house.
