ISO - Quiet and self contained

Looking for a miracle. Maybe you have a detached garden suite or motorhome for rent? 50’s female looking for a self contained unit. I have a defective nervous system, so quiet is very important to me to function effectively. (No one above me, no door slammers/partiers around etc) Bachelor with full kitchen/full size appliances and storage space, or even better an actual 1 bedroom. Utilities included. Parking for 1 vehicle. Possibly 1 cat. Saanich area preferred, but open to other areas as well. About my finances - they are currently unstable due to injury from work and creating an unplanned life/career shift. I am currently receiving EI. The most likely outcome will be provincial disability income, which would put rent and utilities affordability around $800-$900/m maximum. I know this is asking a lot of someone. I am clean, quiet, and conscientious of my surroundings/neighbours. I no longer smoke, but I do vape, and I only ever do this outside. I do not drink, and very rarely have visitors.
