Hi there! We are searching for a rental property to care for and call our own for years to come. We are a gainfully employed professional couple, Ty is a construction foreman and I (Michelle) am a community support worker in Victoria. We have a home schooled 17 year old daughter who is responsible, respectful, quiet and also works. We have a 6 year old Boston Terrier, Piggy Smalls, she weighs 19 lbs and is well-trained and very well behaved. ( I'm not just saying that...its true) We have glowing references from local business owners/ previous landlords and we are looking for a long-term rental as we would love to not have to move again for a very VERY long time. We are willing to sign a lease for longer than the usual 12 months for the right place. We do NOT party, drink, smoke, or make noise. I work 12 hour overnight shifts so we greatly appreciate quiet. We moved from Alberta almost 8 years ago where we owned our house but unfortunately that is not a possibility here in Victoria. We were also acting landlords of a suite we had built into our basement, so we understand the importance of finding good renters! Our budget is around $2600/month but could be stretched a little further if need be. We must have 2 bedrooms but would love 3. We also require 2 bathrooms, one with a tub big enough to soak in. We would love to have some yard space but it isn't a must have. We would also like to have our own washer/dryer. We would like to stay within the city of Victoria but we are not opposed to living in Esquimalt, Colwood, View Royal, Royal Oak, Gordon Head or James Bay.
