The room has a standard size bed with storage, a night stand, closet and a small fridge/ freezer. You will have your own private bathroom and kitchen will be shared. The rent includes all utilities , internet, garbage and laundry. It's close to Royal Roads University and within 2 mins walking distance from all amenities with buses operation to Victoria quite often. I also have a friendly indoor cat.
