We prioritize folks who identify as queer, BIPOC and/or disabled, and, we welcome all those who are passionate about serving the queer community and being in a space that centres anti-oppressive values. More than just an office rental, we aim to build a community where you can create a supportive and welcoming home for your work and the people you serve. The Offices: Room #1: Rent is $976.00 per month on a year long lease. Unfurnished with a wall of windows facing the outside and one small indoor window to the lobby. Measuring 115 sq. ft. Available January 1, 2026 Room #2: Rent is $670.00 per month on a year long lease. Unfurnished. One window into the lobby and no outdoor windows.
