Price is all inclusive: electricity, wifi, kitchen and bathroom supplies, etc. This hippie-chic house is centrally located in the fabulous Fernwood district of Victoria. There is street parking but the 22 bus stops right in front of the house. Walking score is a high 84. Your room is very private with no shared walls but 4 of us share 2 bathrooms and laundry so please come with a cooperative attitude and a willingness to clean up after yourself. Everyone has their own work station and storage space in the kitchen but there is any kind of cooking utensils and dishes that you will need. Plus there are 2 full size fridges and 2 ovens. Please note my dog lives here too but we have been sharing our house for years so we are warm and easy to get along with. We look forward to meeting you!
