Looking for a wonderful, tidy tenant for our one bedroom, one bathroom main floor suite located in the Olympic View neighbourhood of Colwood. -Private entrance on side of house -Washer and dryer located inside the suite -The suite has its own hydro meter and is the responsibility of the tenant -Water, hot water on demand, and weekly garbage pickup is included in the rent.
