We have a furnished room available for rent in our home, suited for a female student. The room includes a bed, dresser, desk, and TV. This private space is located on the lower level of the house and shares a kitchen, bathroom, and living area with one other female tenant. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Tillicum Mall, Silver City, Pearkes Recreation Centre, and the library. It is also on major bus routes to Downtown, UVic, and Camosun Interurban campus. Rent is all-inclusive, covering hydro, internet, and laundry. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and clean tenant.
