I am fairly close to the Highway, near the Petro Can Gas Station, a short distance away on acreage. It is a 20 minutes tdrive o Langford, 15 to Duncan and 5 minutes to Mill Bay. I am looking for an easy going, working tenant, that fits right in. I live in a large home which is peaceful and easy for you to enjoy your privacy. The kitchen and laundry are easily shared.
