I am a female that has 2 bedroom suite with a bedroom in my place that is not being used. I am in a large suite with every appliance, floors, painted walls, washer, dryer brand new. Carpet in bedroom. I am willing to rent it out for someone who needs a space for short term as in until the end of next February or March 2026 or a bit longer and if interested you could possibly take over and stay when I move. I am located in Sooke. 10 mins walk to town. I have a massive backyard. Would prefer no pets. Shared living spaces of whole house. Everything is included. We can talk about monthly payments depending on the use of the space. If you work away and need a space when your back this is ideal. If your looking for a place in between places this would be ideal as well. If you are looking to store your belongings for a while and don't want to deal with public storage lockers this would work for you.
