Take 1 BDRM and no second roommate = $950 2 ppl take 1 BDRM = $1400 (can use spare room for guests on occasion) 2 ppl take 2 bdrms = $800 each Includes wifi and utilities Suite has laundry (but I need to use on occasion during winter months as upstairs washer freezes). I am the third roommate but only use 1 room for office storage. I will use washroom on occasion if my daughter's block me from accessing ours upstairs when I am in dire need.
