Camper is in good usable shape but will need some basic maintenance in the near future. I have replaced one rear jack this year, installed new group 78 deep cycle battery and have had the one propane tank re-valved and certified for another 10 years. Windows should be resealed and a few plastic roof cover hatches replaced in the near future . Fridge will need a new plastic handle latch installed. Furnace will need to be looked at as currently not working . Floor is soft in the rear passenger corner, a section about 2 feet x 2 feet will need replacement. Could use a good wax as well.
