
Looking to see if anyone has a distributor for a 1990 Honda Civic 1.5 non-vtec that I could borrow to help troubleshoot an ignition issue. Recently did headgasket and valve seals, and now when I start the car it jumps to ~40 degrees advance timing and won't run right. Mechanical cam and crank relation where it should be. Seems awfully coincidental for something electronic to go at the exact time that I had the engine apart, but I don't see what else it could be. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
